What to do if support wont reply on a supportticket

From time to time support may either have too much work to do to be able to take care of your ticket immediately, or they may simply have overseen it. You should always get a reply from support within a week. If a week has passed without a response, please feel free to contact a moderator and they can contact support for you.

What you need to provide is the ticketnumber, which can be copied from your ticketlist.
